Makeup Review L'oreal HIP Eye Shadow Duo

I have L'oreal HIP Metallic Shadow Duo in Electrified #510 and L'oreal HIP Concentrated Shadow Duo in Forgiving #236. I have tried using these so many times and every time it seems like they are getting worse. They are really cakey know matter what brush you use or how much you put on. If you get it in a light color (like the blues) it's not that bad but the browns are the worst. For the price and the quality I don't think I will ever buy these again.
