ELF Custom Eyes Eye Shadow in Ivory #2503 is great for high lighting. I wasn't going to order this but I needed one more thing to be able to use my coupon. I wasn't exspecting it to be good but I really like it. Since I got it in Ivory I use it as a high lighter but it would be great for all over use too.
