Makeup Review ELF Eye Widener Pencil In Pearl White

I love ELF's Eye Widener!!!! I got it at Target just expecting it to be ok, but I love it. And the best part is most of ELF's products are only $1!!! 1 buck!!! I just ordered 3 more things so check back for reviews of them.
