This lip gloss has two sides, a color side, and a clear plumping side. I do not use plumping glaze so I only use the color side. One day I wasn't paying attention to what I was putting on and I used the clear side. It stung. At first it gave a cool feeling but then it just hurt. But I love the color side. I own 3 and will keep buying more as long as I do not keep using the plumping glaze. My favorite color is Plum Pout. $1.00
